We process account details, authentication records, scripts, generated audio, uploaded voice recordings, usage records and subscription records to operate the service. Payment details are handled by Mollie through its hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials.
Voice recordings and generated assets are private. Temporary signed links permit access for playback, downloads and authorized generation workers. Operational access to customer content is restricted and logged.
Optional visit and referral cookies require your choice. Essential session cookies support authentication and security. Security logs use pseudonymous IP hashes rather than displaying raw addresses in the application.
You can delete generations, projects and voice samples in your account, export available account data and request account deletion. Some financial records may need to be retained to meet accounting obligations. Backups follow their documented retention cycle.
Before launch, the operator must identify the data controller, contact details, processors, processing locations, retention periods, lawful bases and the procedure for exercising access, correction, deletion, portability and complaint rights.
