A clean recording makes the difference.
Record 10–20 seconds of clear, unaccompanied speech in a quiet room. Use a consistent microphone distance. Avoid music, background conversations, clipping and heavy noise reduction. The uploader accepts samples between 6 and 60 seconds.
Permission comes first.
Every clone requires explicit confirmation that the voice is yours or that its owner authorized you to use it. Consent is recorded with the agreement version and timestamp. Unauthorized impersonation is prohibited.
Keep it private. Delete it when you choose.
Your sample belongs to your private voice library. Audio links expire, and deleting a clone also schedules its underlying private sample for permanent deletion. A voice is never added to the public library automatically.
Review the result.
Voice cloning is a generative process, so pronunciation, accent and expression can vary. Start with a short script and listen carefully, especially when generating a language different from the recording.
